Tuwa in Claude and ChatGPT
Add Tuwa to your own AI app and ask it about your training. It reads what Tuwa already knows — your readings, your sessions, your plan — and it can send a plan draft that you review in the app. Tuwa still makes the day's go, modify or hold decision in the app; your AI app shows it.
What you need
- A Tuwa account and Tuwa 1.7.6 or later on your iPhone.
- Claude or ChatGPT on the web or on the desktop.
- Nothing else: the connector is free. A plan draft counts as one plan import when you activate it in Tuwa.
Turn it on
- In Tuwa: open Profile › Legal › AI connector and allow it. Until you do, Tuwa gives your AI app nothing.
- In your AI app, add Tuwa as a connector:
- Claude: Customize › Connectors › Add › Add custom connector. Name: Tuwa. URL:
https://mcp.tuwa.app/mcp. Choose Add, then Connect. - ChatGPT: add a custom connector (MCP server) in your plugin settings. Name: Tuwa. URL:
https://mcp.tuwa.app/mcp. Sign-in: OAuth. Then connect it. - When Tuwa is listed in your AI app's directory, you can add it from there instead.
- Claude: Customize › Connectors › Add › Add custom connector. Name: Tuwa. URL:
- Sign in and allow: a Tuwa page opens. Sign in the way you sign in to the Tuwa app — Apple, Google, or your email with your password or a one-time code — then choose Allow.
What to ask
- "What's on my plan today in Tuwa?" — shows the Today card: your recovery reading and the day's session.
- "How has my training load moved over the last two weeks?"
- "What did I log this week?"
- "Where am I in my plan?"
- "Check this plan against Tuwa's rules."
- "Help me build an off-season plan and send it to Tuwa."
What it reads, and what it never gets
- It can read: your recovery and sleep scores (composite scores only — raw Apple Health readings never leave your phone), the day's decision, your logged sessions and training load, your personal records, and your plan — its position and its text.
- It can send: a plan draft. Tuwa checks it against its rulebook and reads it with the same AI reader as the plan import in the app (through OpenRouter). The draft stays a draft until you activate it in Tuwa.
- It cannot: change your plan, log a workout or answer your check-in.
- Never sent: no number from Apple Health — no heart rate, HRV, sleep time, temperature or cycle data.
- Kept: Tuwa keeps the plan drafts your AI app sends and a count of its requests, with your account. Your AI provider keeps what it reads under its own terms. More in the Privacy Policy.
